Suzuki DR650 Plex Valve Kit

Plex Valves are designed to overcome the limited tuning and valving performance of old-style damper rod forks. Installation is straightforward — remove your fork springs, drop in the Plex Valves, and refit your springs. The valves use adjustable rebound and compression damping through a shim stack, giving performance more in line with a quality cartridge fork.

Built around a modern fork piston design, Plex Valves deliver improved oil flow control compared with other drop-in valve systems. For many riders, there is no need to change fork oil grade, carry out major fork modifications, or fit stiffer springs.

This listing includes one pair of Plex Valves. These valves are generally suited to bikes running standard springs or setups where spring suitability has already been addressed.

Important: These valves can be installed with standard springs without needing to alter preload spacers. If your fork springs have already been upgraded or changed, preload spacer adjustment may be required, as the Plex Valves increase spring preload.
